Route 81 2012 (Tonyfest)
The 22nd annual Route 81 Conference will be held at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario from October 20-21, 2012. This year’s conference has been entitled “Interactions between Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry”. This edition of the Route 81 Conference will also celebrate the 70th Birthday of Tony Geramita and his contributions to the interplay between commutative algebra and algebraic geometry.

The Fall Central Section Meeting of the AMS will be held at the University of Akron, October 20 – 21, 2012 (Saturday – Sunday). This meeting will include a Special Session on Commutative Algebra organized by Livia Hummel (University of Indianapolis) and Sean Sather-Wagstaff (North Dakota State University).
New Orleans: AMS
The AMS Southeastern Fall Section Meeting will be held October 13-14, 2012 (Saturday – Sunday) at Tulane University, New Orleans, LA. This meeting will include a Special Session on Combinatorial Commutative Algebra organized by Chris Francisco, Tai Ha, and Adam Van Tuyl.
